  • LORD, USE EVEN ME...

O Lord, use me, use even me,
Use me to bring revival down in this generation.
Even if it's just a 'spark' of revival, I don't mind,
So far it melts hearts down,
    Breaks the vilest of sinners,
And in deep tears and agony of Spirit, they cry out uncontrollably,
"Have mercy on me Lord, a wretched sinner".

Use me Lord, use even me,
To break the hold of religion on deceived zealous men,
Even if its just on a little congregation, I don’t mind,
So far it tears down the worldly mindedness,
And obliterates the competition with the world
For material, ephemeral things that won't last,
That all may say, "give me Jesus, and Jesus alone"

Use me Lord, use even me,
To awaken the shallowness and deadness of men,
Draw me into your deepest closets for pruning,
My weapons are still so weak, even for a little child,
Give me fire, that burns, cooks and purges,
O for the flaming tongue, that men cannot resist,
A little word here or there, is the vehicle for souls ablaze...

  • Always With Thee...

    Sweet Jesus, my closest friend,
Loving Jesus, the One whom my soul loveth,
Take me, Lord, wherever You wish,
Lead me on Lord, whichever path You desire.

Jesus, I don't want my feet on the ground anymore,
When Thou sittest Lord, put me on Thine laps,
And hold my head close to Thy breast,
For there will I find sweet rest and love.

    When Thou standest, precious Lord,
    Put me at Thine side,
Carried as a woman carries her baby,
That all my cares may be cast on Thee.

When Thou walkest, sweet and Holy One,
    Place me upon thy shoulders,
And support me with Thine arms,
    For there, I cannot fall,
Safe will I be, Lord, in Your arms.

When Thou workest, O my Saviour,
Never leave me to play on my own,
Just put me there, at your back,
And hold me with wrapping cloth,
And with dreams of love, I gently will sleep.

    Oh, my Precious Lord,
Anywhere with You is surely safe,
Be it to the river deep, or to mountain top,
Be it to the valley low, or through the fire,
Just take me Lord, along with You.

Tell me, O Thou whom my soul loveth,
    Where Thou feedest,
Where thou makest Thy flock to rest at noon,
For why should I be as one that turneth aside,
by the flocks of Thy companions.

Sweet Jesus, keep me at Thy side,
And I, forevermore with Thee, will abide...

  • Make Me a Worm!

I set myself upon my watch
For a man's best watchman is 'himself'
I bring myself down and humbled,
Through the use of some ember hours,
O Lord! even though I'm like a serpent, but,
    My ultimate passionate desire is;
"That I might be a worm and a lamb..."

Though I longed to be a worm,
___Whom anybody could push or tease around,
___Yet, never complains, and never murmurs.
___You could block its way from proceeding forward,
___Yet, it never will rebel, hiss or angrily climb the obstacle,
    ___Rather, it found another way...

    But I find out,
I've only become a humiliated serpent,
that has had its mouth sealed,
even though it cannot strike now,
    yet, it's still a serpent,
    Unchanged, only restricted...

Though I longed to be a lamb,
___Whose testimony before all and sundry is
    ___"The foolish one",
___Who will neither fight his own cause
    ___Nor defend himself whenever wronged,
___Instead, It takes things easily without malice.....Hmmm

    But I find out,
I've only become a caged lion,
The claws are removed and the teeth plucked out.
Even though it cannot kill now,
Yet it still roars, with ferocious outburst, and full of anger.
    O yes, it's still a lion
    Unchanged, only humbled...

Oh Lord, what can I do,
Had there been another route, though rough,
I would've gladly trod without relenting
I cannot remain a restricted serpent,
Neither can I bear the cruel nature of this humbled, toothless lion any longer

    Visit me anew Lord,
Take me to the cross and Uproot the inner nature of sin
Give me a change, not a renovation,
I want to know you Lord,
More like the Master, is my daily prayers...

  • ABIDE WITH US - Piercing into Luke 24:13-35

If there's anything needed at this hour,
If there's any panting, any desire,
Any prayers, any yearning in the heart,
It is "Lord, abide with us" - Luke 24:29

verse 18-24 - While men's hearts are failing them for fear,
verse 18 ----- The words of Christ appear as those of a stranger,
verse 32 ----- Though our hearts do burn within us,
verse 16 ----- But our eyes are holden, we cannot discern Christ,
    ___________________Oh Lord, abide with us

verse 14,17 - When sadness and despair paint the air,
verse 21 ----- And our prayers of faith are exchanged for complaints,
verse 25 ----- We become fools and slow of heart to believe,
verse 22 ----- For we are confounded and astonished at the happenings,
    ___________________Oh Lord, abide with us.

verse 25-27 - When there's much words 'even' from Jesus Himself,
verse 25-27 - But we don't see Him or have a revelation of Him,
verse 15 ----- Though He is present, and walketh with us, yet
verse 16 ----- We cannot perceive, discern or feel His abiding presence
    ___________________Oh Lord, abide with us

___________________O Lord, only this is our greatest need this hour,
verse 29 ----- For thus, we persuade and constrain Thee,
verse 28 ----- While You 'make as though You would have gone further',
verse 28 ----- And leave us alone to go Thine Own way,
___________________Oh Lord we plead, abide with us.

verse 29 ----- The day is far spent, it is toward evening,
verse 29 ----- Come Thou in Lord, and tarry with us,
verse 30 ----- That at meat, while You sit, break and bless the bread,
verse 31 ----- Our eyes may be opened that we may know Thee.
___________________Come Sweet Jesus, abide with us.

verse 33 ----- And from thence, the same hour, we may arise,
verse 33 ----- Returning back to the place where we started,
verse 34 ----- Being Ambassadors, proclaiming 'The Lord is risen indeed',
verse 35 ----- And tell the wondrous story of what things were done in the way,
___________________O yes, the Lord Jesus now abides with us.

  • The Weapon of Hell!!!

Constantly and continuously, it often comes,
And holds me tight in its firm grip,
It makes me to fidget and shake in weakness,
What? It is the weapon of FEAR

As I wake up in bright, blooming, godly day,
Fear begins to grip me in its hard torments,
"...Oh Lord, help me that I sin not today..."
I keep voicing and thinking due to lack of faith.

Without wasting much time in the way,
The devil seizes my fears and brings temptation,
By reason of much trepidation, I fall without delay,
And back to square one, I resume back again.

After some good beautiful days at the Lord's feet,
And much faith, blessings and inheritance is bestowed on me,
He (devil) then comes with his weapon, to which I yield,
And all my inheritance he steals away in a jiffy.

Oftentimes, he comes with the 'fear of falling',
He magnifies little sins or even temptations so big,
And comes with deep accusations as if I were the Judas,
Without knowledge, I break down again in repentance.

This has often plagued me down in littleness,
Many heights I ought to have climbed higher,
Have remained a mirage, while I behold in wonder,
Can I not reach further beyond this mess?

But, oh, glorious thought, wonderful release,
When the Saviour opened the riches of His grace unto me,
A little line of scriptures came forth as a revelation,
And bingo, the realisation and knowledge came of who I was in Christ.

Now I am free, free at last to climb,
For God has not given us the spirit of fear,
But of faith, and love and of a sound mind,
From today, I resolve, "he vexes me no longer"...

Hmmm!, My people perish because of lack of knowledge,
Thank you Jesus, for NO LONGER WILL I FEAR...

  • Sweet Revelation [from Song of Solomon 3:1-5]

_______A letter from the Lord to me, His lover:

Son, how do you seek Me?,
Do you seek Me with all of your heart?
For he findeth Me, who seeketh Me,
And My desire is to reveal Myself unto you...

VERSE 1: BY NIGHT ON MY BED...

Do you often seek Me in the night?
Lovest thou sleep more than Me?
    Night-risers are deep searchers,
They hear sweet words from My lips
Seek Me often at night, and you'll be deep.

VERSE 2: I WILL RISE NOW, AND GO ABOUT...

Peradventure you seek Me and I have withdrawn,
(For I often delight in this to weigh your love,
And to tell you betimes that you're still man,
who needs Me daily, no matter what heights you have attained),
When you seek Me as in verse 1, do you go to verse 2,
About in the streets, corners, woods and closets?

    For wood-dwellers and bush-pray-ers are mountaineers, height-climbers,
Those who leave friends, food and comfort,
Apart to find Me in quiet closets,
Are those I know and send on errands,
For they have much time to hear Me speak.

VERSE 3: THE WATCHMEN... FOUND ME: TO WHOM I SAID...

Are you satisfied with seeking Me in loneliness,
It's very good, but it's also incomplete,
For I've placed, put and hidden some treasures
    In other places and people you need to search for;
The people who have gone before you,
Do you ask them how they did climb?,
What sacrifices they paid, and pains they endured?
For the inquisitive know much more than their levels.
Seek of me from men and from writings about Me.

Is that all you do to seek Me?

VERSE 4: IT WAS BUT A LITTLE (MORE)...

A little more oil in your lamp,
A little more denials at times,
A little more prayers and deeper studies,
    Holiness much more and more,
Never stop until you find Me,
Because I'm right there at your tips

"For he that seeketh findeth...", My words say,
"And ye shall find Me when you shall seek Me with all of your heart"

VERSE 5: I CHARGE YOU... THAT YE STIR NOT UP,... TILL HE PLEASE.

    Oh my Son,
I need a hand to hold Me and cuddle Me,
A heart to stay on Me,
A soul to seek nothing else but Me,
    A home without disturbance,
A temple, holy, pure and childlike,
    A love affection...

    Is your heart open?
    Let Me come in today,
And the love of women will be secondary.
I will be all and all; and all in all
    ..........till I please!!!

  • Keep Short Accounts with God

Love is beautiful, and intimacy is warm,
    But they only grow where Communication is consistent;
The One you spend little or no time talking with,
You may know things about him, but you'll never know him.

Even though Samuel daily lived in the temple,
The Bible records, "he did not yet know the Lord"
Until the voice of the Lord broke the age-long silence,
Sweet Communion therefrom began, how glorious afterward.

The man who only gets a skim of divine treasures,
Will never partake of the glorious nutrients available in God,
But the one who swims in the ocean of grace,
Is daily ravished in God's plethora of love.

When last was it that you dwelt consistently with Jesus?
Is yours an occasional visit to the bosom of the Father?
Those who are lovers never wish to depart, but to dwell,
Whatever takes them out, be sure they'll soon be back.

O Lord Jesus, it is good for me to be here,
    I long to constantly hear your voice, and you, mine;
Hours will never pass me by, without a return into your cuddle.
Give me daily grace to keep short accounts with You... Selah
