I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit... Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in me. [John 15:1-2, 4]
The words of Jesus here enjoins the believer, who has come into relationship with Christ to abide and remain in Him. Jesus likens the relationship between Himself and the believer as that which exists between a tree and its branch.
A branch on the tree has a perpetual, continual attachment to the tree. The link between the branch and the tree is an unbroken one which remains uninterrupted throughout the life of the branch on the tree. Any day and any hour the branch is spotted, it can ONLY be found abiding on the tree, the tree's location is the branch's location. The life of the ...

KEEP ME YOUNG [Vol 1 Issue 6]
Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me ... As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God was upon my tabernacle. [Job 29: 2, 4]
"...Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me..."
Here is a picture of the passion in the heart of a man... “Oh! that I were as in months past”. Job was longing for the experience he once had with God, he was desiring to go back to a wonderful spiritual experience he once enjoyed, which had now become historical. The same is true of many believers, who once had glorious relationships with God, but alas, it’s become stories.
When a man starts getting careless, his inner man, which was a storehouse of divine things suddenly gets punctured, and grace begins to leak out unnoticed, he starts reducing in weight, the gravity and heaviness of the spirit dissipate slowly without excuse, and his testimony eventually becom...

THE LIFE OF A MAN [TRUE LIFE SERIES - 2]
“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?” [Matthew 16:25-26]
The Previous edition in “My True Life” Series, titled “A Man’s Net Worth” tries to explain the Net worth of a man. We examined the measuring scale used to calculate the value or the net worth of a man in the world today, and questioned its rational. The things a man has, the goods and garbage he has acquired, things we call assets today, are all weak and unreasonable ingredients used to determine the value of man, because anything perishable is not a proper yardstick to calculate or measure a man’s worth.
A man popularly known as a millionaire today, cannot be realistically confirmed as a true millionaire by the monetary worth he has amassed ov...

A MAN'S NET WORTH [TRUE LIFE SERIES - 1]
And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth. [Luke 12:15 KJV]
And he went on to say to them all, “Watch out and guard yourselves from every kind of greed, because your TRUE LIFE is not made up of the things you own, no matter how rich you may be.” [Luke 12:15 GNT]
The story is told of a King who had been deceived into thinking that there was some glorious attire of great prize worn only by the high and the noble. He greatly desired to have his name inscribed in history as part of those privileged to have the attire on, so, he sought for the special attire, not minding how much it will cost.
When the 'so-called' dress was eventually brought in to the King in exchange for a fortune, he could see nothing. He wondered how the dress looked like, because by careful scrutiny wit...

Bearers of Burdens...
And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much rubbish, so that we are not able to build the wall. [Nehemiah 4:10]
...burden...
The Lord has a burden. Something is steering in the heart of the Lord, and He is looking for those to share it with, those who can bear His burdens with Him.
The burden is so heavy in the heart of God, He is looking for faithful men, men dead to their insinuations, dead to their own ambitions, dead to their own desires and aspirations, dead to everything here below, who are ready to partner with Him in carrying this burden. It is a burden that weighs a man down, therefore, weak men, men of plenty goals who are not focused, men who are not ready to die, are not welcomed.
The Lord wants to do something great, but He never does anything but in answer to the prayers of the people, unto whom He has committed His burden.
The Lord looks down at ...

Deep Calleth Unto the Deep...
Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me. [Psalm 42:7]
"Deep calleth unto deep..."
The earth contains lots of treasures. All treasures that a man is seeking for are found in the earth. All that we see today on earth's surface that are blessings unto men actually came out of the earth:- the food we eat, the houses we live in, the water, the trees (from where we get furniture, paper...), the clay, wood, rocks, gold, silver, brass, petroleum products, gas, ..., just name it, everything comes from the earth either directly or indirectly.
God can be likened to this mass of earth in whom there are countless treasures to satisfy all the needs of men. Most of these treasures are not easy to come by, a man must engage himself on a diligent and tasking search for them before he can find them.
There are varying types, sizes and degrees of treasures. Th...

The Wedding Garment...
And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. [Matthew 22:11-12 KJV]
The servants of the King of Kings had been sent out to bring in guests into His house, now, His house is full, but with which sort of guests...?
Verse 11
"...came in to see the guests..."
It's like there is a window period between the time these guests came, and the time that the King came in to meet with them, welcome them and to SEE them.
I discovered that the first thing to be presented with, as you come to the king, is not the table, it is not the delicacies, it is not the fatlings and aromatic oxen, rather it is His presence, a place of silence, where the King can meet with man. Even though the feast was ready, the table was set and all kinds of tastefully ...
